made a decision in 1962 that he would have a much better life style being self-employed……………. and the rest is history

Stuart Hill - MD

joined Peter in 1978 and learned the trade from his father. Thirty-eight years later he is now our MD encompassing all aspects of the company from setting and developing a company strategy and vision, building a company culture, team building and setting budgets in order to steer his Senior Management Team to company success.

Julie Seabourne - Director

joined in 1988 having first decided to forward her education. Her background is in finance which made her ideally placed to concentrate on the financial side of the business. Her duties now include building the company brand and securing new customers.

John Peat – Contracts Manager

joined the company in March 2009 his background being in flooring since 1981, and he brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the company, having worked for both distributors and contractors alike.

Rachel Rattenberry – Administrator

joined the company in August 2005 with no prior knowledge of the flooring industry, however, that wasn’t going to deter her and now she is the backbone of the administration team with a wealth of knowledge and experience gained. Her understanding and implementation of all Health & Safety matters is superb and hence all administrative matters fall within her remit.
